I sell all lines of insurance at the Haffarnan & Associates Agency with my expertise being in Life. While working at the agency over the last few years, I have most enjoyed knowing that our clients are protected. I like finding out the needs of our clients and helping them be secure in the event that something happens. When I am not working, I am spending time with my son. Our favorite activity to do together is traveling to unique places.

I love having a career that allows me to gain a connection with our clients and have a positive impact on their lives by making sure they are covered for anything that may come their way. I make it my top priority to see they receive outstanding customer service. When I am not working, I enjoy time outdoors, crafting, reading and most importantly, spending time with family.

I have been working for Haffarnan and Associates for a year and a half. My favorite part of this job is I am always learning something new. This is a family-oriented company that truly cares about their employees and the team always helps each other out. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my kids outside, making art projects, listening to music, and going to concerts.

I have been in the insurance industry for 28 years and with American Family for 16 years. I am licensed in Illinois and Iowa. I enjoy working with people and strive to provide an exceptional customer experience. There is no better feeling then exceeding a customer’s expectations and making them happy. I also enjoy the variety – there is always new things to learn and no two days are the same! I have been married to RC for 26 years. I have 2 stepchildren, Bill and Carolyn, and we have 2 children together, Amy & Molly. I love to cook, read, crochet and knit, travel and spend time with family and friends.

I have been working for Haffarnan and Associates for 6 years. I enjoy meeting and working with all our customers and finding the right coverages to fit their insurance needs. It is nice coming into the office every day knowing I get to work with a hard-working group of like-minded individuals. Outside of work I enjoy traveling and hiking with my family and puppy.
